The ShareIn team has grown quickly over the last couple of years. It’s our amazing people that make the magic happen. In our meet the team section we aim to tell you a little more about the people behind the scenes. This week we talked to Tully Treslove.
Who are you?
My name is Tully Treslove. Originally from Yorkshire (Indian heritage), I moved to Edinburgh 6 years ago. I made the move to Scotland, after 15 fun filled years in London, hoping for a city better suited to bringing up two kids and I’ve not been disappointed!
What do you do at ShareIn?
My job title is Head of Client Support, which involves a myriad of tasks including project management, trouble shooting, bug fixing and managing a growing team. My main focus is helping our clients to develop their platforms from an idea/concept to a fully functioning crowdfunding site. My role involves working closely with other teams within ShareIn, which I particularly enjoy, to offer our clients a great service.
How long does it take to go live?
We can get a platform live within 6-8 weeks, in reality this timeframe can vary from client to client depending on how smoothly the FCA application to become an Appointed Representative of ShareIn goes. The go live timescale is heavily dependent on receiving all the info we need from clients in a timely fashion!
What’s a common challenge during the onboarding process?
If you’re not sure where to start on design we can help with this. We have in house design capabilities and we can work with you to build the look and feel you are after. If you do have designs we can accept them as Sketch files, PSD files or HTML/CSS. We’re very flexible on that front.
Tell us an interesting fact about you?
In my late 20’s I went travelling for a year and spent 9 months in South America. Whilst in Bolivia I climbed a mountain, Huayna Potosi (6,088m). As a family we spend a lot of time hill walking in Scotland and the Lake District, the end goal (when the kids are older) is to travel to Nepal and trek to Everest Base Camp.
